    Could you elaborate on the scallop-lobster hash? They’re both delicate enough meats that I could see them getting lost, and wonder whether it adds value to call them out specifically or not. (Having not tasted it I obviously can’t say for myself!)

  2. All of that… and then a simple jar of zinnias. It just looks so elegant and peaceful together, I love it

  3. Beautiful! I want to eat this. Just a suggestion on composition (it’s already very strong), but I would have made sure a couple more bursts of red are visible in the food, just to add more energy with the flowers and the blue napkin.
