    It seems a little sauce heavy.

    Can you really expect a customer to eat all that sauce?

    Maybe half that amount and it’d improve the look.

    I think it looks great. I’m also a sucker for green sauces. I’d clean the sauce off of that plate with some Peruvian pan.
