Took some recommendations and came up with a PB alternative for dipping my apples that still hits the spot for like half the calories. 53g of regular PB compared to 53g of my version
I might try low fat cream cheese next time. I know I could also cut some calories using sugar free syrup, but I just don't like it as much as the lite syrup lol
dude try vanilla bean Orgain protein powder + PB powder + a dash of sugar free pancake syrup. idk what it is, but this specific vanilla protein powder mixed with those other flavors is so fucking good
