    I like the flavor profile. I’m not sure what’s going on with the panna cotta texture. It’s melting enough that I thought it was a gravy or sauce. Was that intentional?

  4. Looks good! Is that a leaf on top? I’d leave the leaf because you’re prob not gonna eat it. Put a nut on top instead of the leaf maybe? The sauces looks nice and i want to taste this dish it looks delicious
