  1. This feels like 85% carb, 10% fat, 5% protein. I’d be so hungry and losing all of my muscle mass eating this.

  2. I love this! It’s actually pretty smart to scale everything separately. It also creates a system where, before eating anything, you have to weigh it, which helps prevent overeating snacks or grabbing unnecessary food.

    That vanilla yogurt is soo good. I eat it like everyday, except I get the greek one. Its more calories but creamery and thicker. All this looks soo good btw.
