Unpopular opinion here, looks kinda bland. Cod is a mild white flesh fish, along with the potato and creamy/buttery sauce. Though everything looks well executed.

That sauce is giving me anxiety, either your sauce has split or there’s an ungodly amount of excess water on the plate.

Low key i have not seem a buerre blanc since corporate kitchens. This looks like its starting to break, or their is bleeding from the potato puree.
