  1. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Beautiful presentation with gorgeous autumn colors and flavors. That a sensational plating.

Clean lines, clear technique, and one of two elements that could be the leaves, well done.

    Very well done.

  3. This looks exquisite!!!! Perfectly placed. The toasted meringue has the right amount of color that compliment the pretty fall colored leaves. How did everything taste?!? Yum!

  4. Absolutely stunning work chef. The only criticism I have is that I can’t taste it through my screen.

  5. This is the best dish I’ve seen on this sub in a while. It looks like there is a seam between the ganache and the snap, I’m assuming you made them separately? They line up perfectly… did you bake the ganache in a mold or did you stamp it with a circle cutter? Great work.

  6. This is incredible..its pretty much perfect. Very, very well done. You should be proud of this one.

What in the pumpkin spice latte, ugh boot wearing, white girl fall is going on here.
Nope just playing, that looks incredible!!! I am assuming the leaves are gingersnaps or is that the crumb?
    Really just Bravo!

  8. I’m a culinary troglodyte who barely cooks and generally doesn’t care for presentation but this is truly beautiful. It seems clear even to me that this is extremely well executed! Great job.

If anyone more knowledgeable than me can tell me what those leaves are, I’d appreciate it. Are they edible? I feel like I’d be the guy to eat the pretty thing that you’re not supposed to eat a-la kid eating shampoo lmao.
