I’ve been eating for 1500cal for a week now, using the “my net diary” app, carefully weighing and measuring etc.
I’m noticing that I’m….not hungry at all. Granted it could be a side effect of my new meds, but I’m usually always hungry 24/7.
Am I miscalculating, are these figures maybe wrong? I’m scared I’m actually eating over my limit without knowing it.

This may sound strange but when I’m not on a diet I constantly feel hungry – and even when I used to diet I would just starve myself without counting calories, and constantly be ravenous. I’m wondering how I’m not hungry now, when I’m supposedly eating at over 700cal deficit 😭

Looks good to me!
Yep
I would recommend weighing everything, even fruit and eggs.
Maybe you’re getting more fiber than usual and it’s filling you up.
Yep looks right. It quickly adds up.
Yes, looks good. I also use MND and I know that some #s might be off (for example, when I log hard boiled eggs, it tells me that 2 is 155 cals but I know that large eggs are actually around 70 each) so I double check with labels or Google.
You mentioned that you’re feeling more satiated after a med change and I don’t know what med you’re on, but that definitely happened to me after I changed to Mounjaro because it slows down digestion. Now I feel full and for longer, which keeps me from snacking. Though, eating more protein and fiber and less processed foods can also help with feeling full too.
