    Interesting thing to add, I prepared by myself this with 1 hand, my left arm has no function.

  2. I make something like this. I grate a garlic clove right into a quart of non fat greek yogurt add a splash of vinegar, salt, pepper, dried diil. Its amazing on top of a bowl of veggies especially cucumber, bell peppers, and tomatoes, it’s like 150ish calories and 17ish grams of protein for 3/4c of the yogurt sauce on a couple cups of veggies.
