I feel so happy about being able to identifying taleggio and Epoisse – those are my absolute favourites. Enjoy this amazing plate!

  2. Oooooh, Brebirousse d’Argental is possibly my very favorite cheese of all. I mean, that’s a very difficult call, there are a lot of very close seconds (and I’m of course nowhere near done trying more cheeses), but if for some reason I was forced to choose only one cheese that I was allowed to eat for the rest of my life, it would probably be that one.

How did you like the Roaring 40s blue? I haven’t tried it yet, I keep almost ordering it but ending up going with others. I have recently developed an extreme blue habit, and I’m trying as many different ones as possible. They’re so varied, and it’s probably the category of cheese of which I’ve done the least exploration. Which I am doing my best to change. So far I have some real standouts, but I really need to try many more, and really work on identifying my specific preferred qualities.

  3. Omg is it your birthday or are you just practicing radical self love??🤩

Which was your favorite?? That plate looks🤤🤤🤤

  4. Where did you find the Roaring 40’s?
Haven’t seen it available in over a decade. At least where I live.

    Great selection!
