I went to my local cheese shop for a piece of a specific favourite of my mother in law’s for Mother’s Day tomorrow (UK). I mentally spent about £30 while I waited to find out they were out of stock of Baron Bigod. I didn’t buy anything and probably saved a small fortune. Did see the local market guy who makes his own blues which are amazing.
