  1. Excellent! The whole fish is appetizingly integrated. Too often in this kind of presentation, the head and tail read as jarring attachments.

    I’d order this, enjoy it, and send compliments to the chef.

  2. What a mess. Watch the edges and name the fish for extra points. Looks really fucking delicious.
