  1. Looks amazing! I wouldn’t have eyeballed that as 900 calories, damn. That’s probably why I need a diet in the first place.

    Heads up, there’s science that heavily suggests we can’t process more than ~25g of protein per meal! Excess gets stored.

    I’d look into it if you’re super focused on getting those grams in. I get mine throughout the day in smaller chunks.
