Really though, looks nice aside that you can’t see the Halibut and not sure about eating an entire sage leaf.

The actual plating looks nice, but I find the plate’s disproportionately large rim distracting.
By the way, I think you meant to say mostarda and not mustarda?

The white spot in the middle of the plate is pretty strange. Also too much stuff stacked on the top of the fish. Plate is weirdly sized.

I don’t intend to be harsh, but it doesn’t look appetizing. It’s pretty, but it doesn’t strike me as food. Reminds me of some of the David Kinch platings I’ve seen.

I’m sure it tastes great but awful plate choice and it looks like a a tree threw up into a tiny bucket

I think it looks like a table setting in like a pottery barn magazine, it’s so pretty and reminds me of Christmas time lol.
Only thing I’d say is the sage leaf is kind of big, it’s for looks and not taste, right?

Looks delish and I think it’s beautifully plated
