Based on creepin through your profile you are a talented chef and have made many beautiful plates. This unfortunately is a miss, sounds like it tastes good but looks like it was plated by my wife

A white plate will work better for this I think. But it sounds well composed otherwise

For the love of Christ, put that bread on a side plate and shape that meat literally any other way. The “rounded log” shape isn’t doing it any favours
