





Breakfast was fruit loops with milk. Lunch was fish and sweet potato chips with tartar sauce, ketchup, and mixed veggies. Dinner was creamed beef on toast or S.O.S. My snacks included a grapefruit, Chex mix, and a buttered tortilla rolled up.

Some of these serving sizes look weirdly small. I don’t think normal people eat 1/2 cup of Chex mix for example.
