It looks like a child made it. Sauce is thin and random in a bad way. Watermelon is lumpy and uneven. Sorrel is too evenly placed and seems like a desperate attempt to make this not garbage.
Yes, it has many plating issues, but it sounds delicious!

The random sauce spots ruins it, Id get rid of them, or do them more deliberately.
