This was probably 15 years ago, Canada, could buy it at the grocery store easily as opposed to a speciality cheese shop. It came in a flat, rounded package/tray that was white opaque plastic on the bottom with a piece of plastic you'd peel off to open it (resealable). The colors of the label were possibly yellow and red.
The cheese itself came in large individual thin slices, I think round, and most importantly they were each separated by a piece of parchment-like paper. It tasted very mild, very delicious and creamy. It was white to slightly yellow in color, no holes, very pliable/not rigid. I loved it and just thought of it now after years and years. Any thoughts what the brand may have been? This is now going to drive me bonkers.
