Never once in my life have I ever had blueberry, cilantro, or orange in Borstch. I’d consider naming it something else – because it does sound great, but the name may throw people off.

This looks really tasty. I see a lot of beet-related dishes on here and I hate beets, but I would give this a try. Your plating is lovely and I think those flavors would play nicely together.
