I sometimes bake the lavash, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, or zaatar, or whatever other seasoning you like. Toss in a bag or container and crush into cracker sized pieces. Easy snack.

I love lavash, and if you don’t mind an extra 100 calorie you can layer another one at the bottom and use pizza sauce to bind it. It just makes it a little thicker.
