I cooked this the other day and it was really nice. The avocado sauce is made with avocados, Greek yogurt, garlic and lemon.
This looked really sick in my mind, but when I put it on a plate I realized it looks pretty goofy. Can I get some constructive criticism?

It looks like a home plating. It’s all one level. It needs garnish. The rice isn’t tightly grouped. Just look at pictures. Break them into the concepts of a starch, protein, vegetable, sauce, and garnish. Try again with these plates like the picture you like.
But it’s gladly eat it as the food seems tasty.
To start, I’d thin down the avocado “sauce” and blend it to smooth so it’s saucier. It just seems like a variation of guacamole as is. Also, less of it. It all feels kind of clumpy. I’d move the rapini so it’s not hanging off the plate. Maybe some chili/cumin oil could come into play.
A wet soup spoon can be used to make a half globe shaped rice unit
Honestly, it’s incredibly difficult to plate a full portion of rice with protein and veggies in a way that looks really good and is practical to eat. If you use a too-small bowl, it may look nice, but you’ll struggle to eat everything; if you use a plate or a large bowl, it will most likely look scruffy.
A small improvement would be to plate the rice in the middle, flatter and tighter, with the salmon on top. Need to decide if your avocado is a sauce or a thicker, guac-style condiment. If the former, should be thinned and blended smooth; if the latter should probably be placed around rather than under or over the fish. Veg laid to the side looks less contrived than the alternative ring.
Better than that, put something through the rice to give colour and maybe a more varied texture. Coriander, lime zest, chilli, crispy onions, etc. Biryani can look great even when plated in an ordinary way because of all of the colours and textures.
Then a few small things. Plate choice is good, but you’ve left bits of rice starch on it. Salmon is weeping into the avocado. Broccolini is unevenly placed (but not artfully so), and hanging off the edge.
