That parsley looks like it was hacked by a toddler with an axe. I’d add like a apricot marmalade or something on top too

I don’t think shaping the potatoes is doing you any favors. A finely chopped gremotlata just on the meat might look cleaner. Add a vegetable if you want more going on.
