    I love this. Summer in a bowl. I like the choose-your-own-adventure plating, the colours are lovely.

    I quibble with the cucumber flower, that’s going to be amazingly difficult to eat with a spoon.

  2. Wow, this is so beautiful! 😍 The light lime green with the orange is stunning together and that cucumber rose cut into segments so it falls apart sounds like a really good way to get it into every bite. I would absolutely order this.

  3. I’d love to eat this, I just don’t like the olive oil too much, or at least the way it cut through the gazpacho. Maybe it’d look better if it were just a few drops here and there? Otherwise really beautiful
