  1. You should either increase the viscosity of you sauce/juice or choose a vessel that has more of a bowl shape. I like the concept and the colors are nice but it looks a little messy.

Could you say more about the toasted milk bit? The whole thing looks and sounds delicious

Whatever the pink juice on the plate is creeps me out a little, but otherwise looks lovely!

  4. This is beautiful! I looked back on your work and your stuff is very similar to a friend of mine, up here in New England! I’ll have to show him this!! Keep it up 🙂

The liquids are letting you down tbh. Not sure what the pink one actually is (I’m assuming grapefruit juice) but both of them being that viscous and translucent isn’t really advantageous. Either opt for a grapefruit purée and apply as a single smear as bottom layer or omit fully and thicken your basil reduction

  6. I LOVE the running liquid, this and that pastel pink made it look like beautiful a watercolor painting. Would I be able to scoop it out of the plate? Probably not even 10% of it, but I can deal with this beauty’s problems.

Very pretty. I might have used more of a bowl shaped dish. It would make the liquid collect more evenly around the Parfait. But so pretty really!
