    I loveeee the borage! Where did you source it? Do you have a specific vendor or is it from a garden?

    Looks so fresh, bright, and inviting, and that flavor/texture combo is everything I want. Beautifully composed and executed, and the black plate was a smart move – the colors pop that much more and remind me of Hawaiian black sand beaches.

    A good exception to the rule of 3. Enough going on with each one and repeated pattern. This is well done. How do you make the rice squares? Is it like how you’d make risotto fritters?
