  1. It’s quite nice but my eyes are instantly drawn to some of the sloppier edges of the fish and the uneven droplets.

    Plankton 😂😂 wait What??????? Plankton!?? Hope that’s a joke I feed plankton to my reef tank… Full of living copepods etc. Def not something you would want to consume. I’m sure that’s not what this is. At least I hope not. Maybe just a play on words?

  4. This looks amazing!!!! And I love that you thought outside the box and used buttermilk!!! Being from a Southern family, buttermilk was used primarily for baking. Once I became a Chef, buttermilk became so much more and I try to use in ways no one expects! This is exactly what I live to see!!! Thank you!!!
