The plating is lovely but I’m not a fan of the glass dish itself, I don’t know why but it reminds me of something I would reheat food in, in a microwave from the top view. The side view was unexpected, definitely funky. I’d love to see a dessert in it!

Nevermind, that would take away from the beautifully formed and uniform pasta.
