    Serve that in a smaller bowl or cup and keep the rice cracker on the side or even on top. If that’s actually ceviche it will soak right through, no? Knife work is inconsistent, radishes and avocado look dry, and only three cilantro petals? That’s like one of the main ingredients.

    I LOVE the color pallet. I would maybe just tidy up the layout. And I would change the plate. The swirls on the plate compete with the texture of the food.

    1/10 Sounds like it might be good tasting but looks like crap. I’d eat it but no points for any effort in plating.
