I don’t care for the powder just dumped all over everything. The actual food on the plate looks good! Maybe some more color?

The actual plate is cool but I think you can benefit from a solid colored one. And then one more color. What you got going on in that bonbon?

Yum, yuzu, I’m a fan. The plate itself makes me dizzy and, in my opinion, takes away from what’s on it.

I see those as two separate mini plates like in the restaurants with many courses. I imagine a flat white plate with a short wall/rim. The current presentation looks like it lacks something to tie the components like drops of yuzu sauce on the powder or a little scoop of cream/custard.
Alternatively the bon bon can be placed on top of the mellowpuff. If the mellowpuff is sprinkled with the powder or maybe a shave of white chocolate is used and the bon bon lies on top of that it will create a visual divide suggesting the two are not the same thing, however this might not be clear to everyone.
