Feels like the wrong shape plate. Think this would do better on a round with the entrement against the side, one half dome above and one below or if you wanted the entrement centered, one half dome north east and one southwest.
Dish needs a litter color contrast, a fresh bright herb like mint, basil, or some red veined sorrel. If the strawberry portion of the entrement was a brighter red you maybe would get away without a color contrast, but it’s more pink and kinda pale. Just needs something to make it pop more. Overall pretty good looking plate though

I love everything but the ring. It obviously took a lot of skill and I’m sure is delicious, but I cant shake it looking straight up like a pvc ring mold. Those leaves are absolutely delightful. All that being said this would likely be the dessert I’d order regardless of the other options. Well done! I’d just change the ring to a nice square cut or a solid oval.

I bet the flavors and textures are delicious. I might call this “study in silicone molds”. They’re a good tool but this is a little much. Could use something that looks more organic, and some use of negative space. Colors are on point.
