i’ve had two really good low cal, high protein days these week so i thought i’d share :)
i don’t eat only 1200 cals every day! most days it’s closer to 1600. these were very busy days for me where i had lots of high protein filling options available. included pics of the more aesthetically pleasing meals 🙂
