    Breakfast: chocolate baked oats, egg whites, bacon and a coffee for 473 calories

    Lunch: two chicken breast sandwiches with carrots and Greek yogurt dip. 397 calories (keto bread)

    Snack: [protein rice crispies](https://youtube.com/shorts/7UGohnnhpog?feature=share), and cottage cheese cake cup with blueberries for 247 calories

    Dinner: chicken tenders (ran out so a random high calorie vegan tender got thrown in) cauliflower stir fried rice and air fried French fries.

    I did not log the granola because it would have put me over buuuut I still wanted it so I ate it. When I don’t eat the things I planned on eating I tend to randomly eat alot of them. I’m sure that was about 50 calories of granola. Also I’m under because I’m a distance runner and my calorie counter is connected to my Apple Watch. Do not worry about that.
