  1. The beetroot powder kinda threw me off here. It makes it hard to tell how good the cook on the steak was, which is what I usually look for.

    Other than that, looks great. I’m sure it was delicious

    Beautiful. I might just leave the beet powder on the plate as you have it, and not over the meat.

    Beetroot powder should be first layer on plate—dust it over the plate and then layer on top.

  4. Beetroot powder covering the overcook on the steak, overcooked for me I mean. I like to use it to give color to areas where there is blank space.
