    Am I supposed to share this? Ha I love fresh burrata. Did you make it? My buddy does a you toobe show called Dirt. They made freaky water Buffalo cheese.

    Swap the brioche out for focaccia and I shall annihilate it! Awesome presentation too. I’m going to need to try this out.

  3. Nice job. I like burratta with golden raisins, roasted red peppers and a nice 20 year balsamic
