    Looks tasty. Some people will hate on micro greens but it think they are fine. Flank is highly underrated in my opinion.

  2. You can’t hate on flank if you do it right, one of the most tender cuts after marinating a few days. This dinner was expensive so they get micro greens haha, and I’m using flank because great food cost for 3.5# of prime flank.

  4. Flank is so underrated. Paired with chimichurri and and the crunchiness of the corn? Heaven. This looks beautiful!
