I’d ditch the rice and instead would add some greens – spinach/rocket, lemon and garlic sauce, maybe some cherry/plum tomatoes. Adds almost nothing in calories but a lot of goodiness and flavour 🙂
Edit to add: my fav carb to go with chickpea is sweet potato
