I appreciate trying to do something different with crème brûlée- but honestly it best to keep it in dish and put stuff on top – ————- plate looks sloppy as is – If you want to cut out pieces of brûlée, I’d do a bigger piece – then place all components around/on top of that piece

What happened to the Ganache to make it so grainy?
I’m not sure how this method of presentation is superior to the classic créme brulee in a dish. It makes it look sloppy for no real benefit.
