    The charred lemon really stands out elevated in the sardines with similar hues to the base.

    Looks amazing. I’d just suggest a fish grilling basket to keep the delicious skin intact

    Oil your damn fish before putting them on the grill.

    If I’m ordering whole grilled fish I expect intact, crispy, charred skin. Not feeding the skin to the grill. Also too much sauce.

    And if the lemon is intended to be squeezed, try grilling cheeks or half lemons instead. A slice is very hard to squeeze.

    I would fucking kill this. Nice job. Love the char on the lemon – I wish more people did this. Our top-selling app has half of a charred lemon and I love that component. I would eat two of this app as an entree.
