  1. Sorry OP but this does not look good. Some thoughts:

    – I thought it was a mountain of sriracha mayo sitting in a green oily base. Is the green liquid supposed to be the purée? In any case, I wouldn’t think cucumbers are a good vegetable to use for a puree + that’s not a puree.
    – I’d also lose the flowers, they don’t seem to serve any purpose here.
    – The salmon skin doesn’t look particularly purposeful, maybe you can crumble it or get more complementary.

    I’m not crazy about it though.

    The best thing I can say with sincerity is you are very detailed oriented. Once you lock in you’re gonna do well

    I think it looks beautiful. I love the composition and the colors. But it looks more like a piece of art to me, as a dish I don’t really know what to think of it. Maybe it tastes great, but I would rather look at it than eat it.
