  1. All and all it looks pretty good. I would have liked some red to it in the form of a couple quartered cherry tomatoes or some bright gochugaru. It also seems like a very large portion for something I assume to be a starter, but maybe it’s intended to be shared or the plate is way smaller than I’m imagining.

Also the one piece of tuna sitting on the edge of the plate brings memories of getting yelled at by a chef for something falling on the rim during plating.

  2. The composition is great. Canned tuna though? Ruins the dish for me. Idek if this is a serious post. Cilantro has a lot of stem and the voids in radishes scream “not fresh”. Honestly, ingredient quality is a 1 but plating is pretty solid

Why do I feel like this is an AI generated dish? It’s all a little, unusual, but I’m not quite sure why?

  4. This looks easy to prepare and the ingredients make it accessible for regular people cooking at home. In my view that’s a sign of next level creativity.

    I like it.

The radish stresses me out, and I wish there we a sauce – I’m wondering if the eggs would be better as a super creamy/silky steamed situation than pan-fried. But it’s nicely plated, and I feel like those flavors would go together quite well.
