sauce: soy sauce & sweetener, sambal olek chili garlic sauce, and fresh ginger/garlic to taste
Topping: green onion
To make the sauce I mince ginger and garlic and then add super hot water to this to pull out the flavors. Then add 1 T of soy sauce and sweetener and the sambal olek.
I brown the tofu in a non-stick pan and toward the end I add in the sauce and let it coat the tofu. I like cooking everything else separately and mixing it all at the end.

Have you found a way to get the rice kinda crispy? I have made this same dish and found it to be a bit on the wet side.

One serving (pictured):
1/5 bottle Just egg,
1/2 bag cauli rice with veggies (this bag already had the Asian style flavoring, and there is a brand at Target that [taste pretty much the same called Tattooed Chef)](https://www.target.com/p/tattooed-chef-frozen-organic-riced-cauliflower-stir-fry-12oz/-/A-83376966),
1/3 cup frozen peas n carrots for extra volume,
1/4 box extra firm tofu,
sauce: soy sauce & sweetener, sambal olek chili garlic sauce, and fresh ginger/garlic to taste
Topping: green onion
