Ça vient peut-être de la lumière mais ça manque de couleur à mon avis, comme des herbes ou des pousses qui te permettent aussi d’amener de la fraicheur sur une recette un peu ”lourde”. Aussi je suis pas hyper fan des dressages où chaque éléments est de son côté, je suis plutôt de l’école où tout se touche et se superpose, que les goûts et les textures se retrouvent sur la fourchette et se mélangent en bouche.
J’espère t’aider avec ce commentaire. Continue comme ça 🙂

Great composition in terms of shape and space. The individual compartments and their placements makes it visually interesting for me. I see some opportunity in the feuille pouch section. It’s a little pale in that spot, kind of not pulling it’s weight in color or texture. Maybe showcasing the onion a bit more, underlaying it with something darker, choosing a darker or color textured plate; something to bring the contrast up in that area while also breaking up the browns subtly would really put this over the top visually. Overall, though, definitely in the upper echelon of posts here.
