  1. Looks good. It might just be the photo but the salmon portion looks huge! Did you cost this out? Normally I’d also say it’s swimming in sauce, but if it’s a huge portion of fish, then it makes sense.

    What a great plate of food. Not the most elegant, but I’d be more than happy if that arrived in a pub. From a plating pov, what is the red spice you’ve sprinkled? If it’s Sumac, I’d say it would work but if it’s paprika, I don’t think it should be there.

  4. Agreed with scoring skin but it looks really well cooked! I’d add something so that it’s not just an ungarnished protein just sitting on top. Some oil, dill, or even chives sprinkled. Ya know, something
