  1. The only thing I would do differently is have the cone be a lighter shade. It would give more depth being able to see thru it to the dark ganache within (or whatever that is). But, having said that…well done. It’s really beautiful.

  2. Are those cherries tucked in? Presenting a dessert such as this at the end of an elegant meal would be 🏆! Extremely creative! Love the dark laced Florentine. Nice job!

I would be so impressed if someone served this to me. This is really, really good work. May I ask, how much are you charging for this?

  4. This, ladies and gentlemen…is ART.

(If you’d found some way to add Mario, it would have been hysterically funny, but still art. Phenomenal job!!! )

i thought that was a steak at first. but chocolate cake is better. i love the presentation its so creative and adorable

  7. This is beautiful and I would love to eat it! I agree with the suggestion regarding color contrast between the cone and the ganache. However I’d still tear that up 🙂

  8. Blown away! Food looks awesome, interesting presentation, perfect technique!
Only thing I think you are doing wrong is not charging enough, if I saw this in a dessert case or on a cart, I would gladly pay 18-22$ just for the picture.
    Congrats

At; maybe a some smoke under a lid for presentation to set the mood, lol what am I thinking

  9. I remember I had a desert in a shape of a flower pot that has been knocked down to the floor and broken. It was served on a plate that looked like a piece of wooden floor. Now this one also definitely looks like something I would hesitate to eat because it’s too pretty

  10. Probably the coolest plating I’ve ever seen in my life. So cute and whimsical, wish I could taste it!
