The specialty cheese from Kroger that ended up getting reduced to 50% kept my freezer stocked like some kind of cheese deity for quite some time.
Almost like a cheese goddess…
That’s my favorite grocery-store parmesan. Excellent on top of a aglio e olio.
Kroger family stores bougie clearance cheese and snacky bits are my favorite!

What a bargain, my fave hard cheese 🧀
Most cheese is not worth eating until the expiration date.
They also have a little corner of their meat department cooler that will have meat that is nearing its shelf life. I have gotten many a bargain steak.
