    Looks and sounds delicious. My only thought is in regard to the pea shoots. Though you don’t have a huge amount of them on the plate, they kind of hide the other components. Beautifully done at any rate.

    I’m not digging the grey plate as it sorta saps the color out, but this looks like a lovely dish.

    Looks amazing! The only thing I would say is to showcase the scallops more and not hide them. It’s hard to tell it’s a scallop dish. I also agree with the gray plate comment.

  5. Love it! If I had to change one thing it would be the plate size or shape. Food looks delightfully delicious.
    Finally a plate pleasing to the eyes with substance and you can actually eat the meal without a straw.
