Looks very nice. Not sure about Sriracha in hollandaise but I suppose it might work. But at least it doesn’t seem too overwhelming and isn’t painted all over the plate.

Flip your egg halfway through poaching & it will look better.

This is about as beautiful as you can make simple food appear.

It looks great. I think i put the hollandaise down and. Then the asparagus raft, so when i break the yolk theres the green in between the two yellows.

Think the hollandaise could be redder to visually cue the sriracha. But very cute plating otherwise

Looks great! Maybe a second egg, but I’m greedy like that.. 😉

This should be on grilled sourdough or English muffins or something. The egg and hollandaise are wasted because there’s nothing to soak it up.

This is pretty and simple, but… first, it is screaming for something to pick up all that holly and yolk. Toast, whatever–needs something.
Second, your chives could use some work, and use more of them–this much looks like an afterthought.

Have you considered using white asparagus as well, alternating with the green? This plate looks lovely as is though. I love the cracked yolk.

I love it. Has Wes Anderson vibes.
