Chocolate soil? Never heard of it before!

Nice presentation. Personally I would never use a non functional garish like the green herb. I’m not sure how chocolate soil will be perceived. As a former pastry chef it’s something I saw 20 years ago. In my find I’d just say something like “organic chocolate sable”. I’m not sure how honey, chocolate, cheesecake, vanilla, and apple all go together. I’d think the chocolate would overpower the apple. Put all on a soup spoon and eat together. If you can’t taste each item (i.e. you just taste cold from the ice cream) then you’ve likely combined items that might not be ideal.
