Coffee cake, coffee panna cotta, coffee jellies, dark chocolate mousse, chocolate crumble, whipped mascarpone, milk chocolate shards by ThomasBuildsAFire Culinary Culinary Plating
UnderLook150 on May 8, 2024 8:11 pm I really like your plating for this. And it sounds like something I would like as someone who isn’t big into sweet. But I don’t like the plate. The shape/wide rim and the white don’t really show off your plating. Everything looks and sounds good. The plate just doesn’t match the effort you put into creating this. Good stuff.
ccat2011 on May 8, 2024 8:32 pm Not a pro so no notes but my god that is making me hungry and I don’t even usually like sweets!!
xecho19x on May 8, 2024 9:42 pm Really really cool plating. Everything seems very deliberately done. I really want to eat this! That being said, like the other guy stated I don’t like the plate either lol same thing on a different plate 👌
getrichordiefryin on May 8, 2024 10:59 pm From here, assuming that’s a normal sized rocher, it is far to big for a dessert. That tempered (milk?) chocolate looks kinda scuffed.
