smoked carrots, pumpkin seed romesco, braised king oysters, garlic chips, pickled grapes, arugula dressed in sesame vin

The colors are very pretty, but the dishes don’t look very composed. I think a tighter and more centered construction would be nice—romesco shouldn’t be creeping up the edge of the bowl and all elements could be placed with a bit more symmetry and precision.
